How it works

Pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery of the products, without giving any reason.

Once we receive your request, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt. All payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-measure products, to sealed products opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings), and in the other cases provided for by art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
